"The Sémillon was planted in 1886, drawn from a 3.8-acre parcel divided into three sub-blocks. The grapes are picked on the earlier side and fermented entirely in barriques with native yeasts, then stirred on the lees towards the tail end of élevage, ageing for nine months prior to bottling.
