VINTAGE 2024 was a fairly normal vintage on the Central Coast. A wet winter gave way to a cool, foggy spring that limited yields. A few well-timed heat spikes brought fruit back on schedule, and our coastal influence kept the vineyards in beautiful shape through harvest — Fiddlestix in early September, Gold Coast later. Golden berries, fresh fruit, energetic acidity. WINEMAKING Hand-harvested at night to retain freshness. Native primary and malolactic fermentations, with lees stirred twice monthly during malo to build texture. Aged ten months on lees in 82% neutral oak and 18% stainless. Bentonite fining, gentle cross-flow filtration. Racked once before bottling. Minimum effective SO₂.
