Fate’s Lieutenant is grounded on the intrinsic forces of nature that dictate each season, each bud-break, each harvest – and the winemaker’s role in following orders from the fate handed to him by nature. Winemaker Jeff Wooledge seeks organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards from Santa Barbara County for his very small bottlings of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, crafted at Jessica Gasca's (Story of Soil) production facility.
