Delivery Policies

You must be 21 years or older to buy wine. By placing an order you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states. If your wine shipment arrives damaged, please call us at 805-735-4400. We ship on non-holiday Mondays only. In the event of extreme temperatures your shipment may be delayed to protect it from heat/cold damage.

We do not ship to the following states: AL, DE, IL, KY, MS, ND, NH, OK and UT. If we are unable to ship directly to your state, we may be able to arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party.

Returns

Customers and club members are responsible for all shipping charges, including shipments that are refused, returned or shipped to an old address. Any wine returned, for any reason, is not refundable and subject to a return shipping fee.
