Adam Edelman has spent over a decade crafting fine wines in Napa Valley, working with renowned producers such as Aubert Wines and Realm Cellars. While these experiences provided a strong technical foundation, Adam has since forged his own stylistic path, and focuses exclusively on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the Sta. Rita Hills. As part of a new era of California winemakers, his aim is to create wines that resonate with both devoted collectors and curious new enthusiasts.
