WAN FIORE
Friends Raymond Wan and Robert Fiore brought their love of winemaking together to form a novel gargaiste project. Raymond, having interned under Wes Hagen at Clos Pepe, and Robert, an engineer by trade who put himserlf through UC Davis's viticulture classes, joined forces to harnass their passion for SRH wines with site specific bottlings of Pinot Noir. Robert, in particualr, went so far to intern at noted Napa Valley wineries until landing the head winemaker at Sonoma's vaunted Peter Michael Winery, putting a temporary pause on productions under the Wan Fiore label.
