"John and Diane Bucher founded their eponymous Russian River Valley winery in 2011, simultaneously taking on Adam Lee as their founding winemaker. Adam is best known for producing high-quality Pinot Noir and for his winery Siduri, which he founded in 1994 and later sold to Jackson Family Wines in 2015. Additionally, Mr. Lee retained his own wine label, Clarice, based in the Santa Lucia Highlands. This brand-new label was just launched by Adam Lee, founder/winemaker of Siduri winery and owner of Clarice and Beau Marchais labels. Notes of mushroom, black tea, white pepper and bacon swirl around through lovely red cherry and strawberry fruit. This is a wine you can open without breaking the bank and still feel impressed!

"Pouring a deep, youthful ruby red color, the 2022 Pinot Noir Lakeview Vineyard was aged for 10 months in new Billon Burgundy barrels and is bottled under screwcap. It benefits from some air at this early stage, and I would recommend decanting it if opening now. On the nose, it offers fresh aromas of pure cherries, roses, mocha, and wet stones. This medium-bodied red is floral and elegant, with pretty fruit all the way through the palate, offers tremendous appeal now, although it has the structure and purity to cruise over the next 7-10 years." -Jeb Dunnuck, 93JD
