[giving way] way to Mediterranean tones of fennel and straw, white fruit and flowers with a faint spicy twist. It's round and juicy, with the ripeness of a warm and dry year. It has 13.5% alcohol, a balanced and elegant mouthfeel and a dry, chalky finish. It fermented in oval oak foudres with indigenous yeasts where it matured for five months. [1,383 cases] produced.
