This is the first vintage of chardonnay we had Paul Lato make for us and we are super happy with the outcome (of course!) It is a blend of grapes from Peake Ranch in Sta. Rita Hills and Sierra Madre in Santa Maria. Enticing aromas of pear and citrus take you right into a palate that is bursting with juicy pear and apple with hints of pie dough and cream.  The wine has a bright acidity with whispers of almond and kaffir lime leaf on the finish. This wine represents everything we love about Central Coast Chardonnay. Drink now through 2025.
